Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Miro in our team for visualizing various processes or plans, designing, and creating new ideas during workshops. Miro is an excellent tool for organizing workshops and visualizing complex concepts.

Versatile for organizing various workshops

Miro's UX is excellent

Cons

Sometimes hard to find different Miro boards, or need to know the exact name of the board

Return on Investment

It has improved our team productivity, but I'm not sure if it has any effects on ROI or other things.
Stakeholders have understood better when we have showed things from the Miro board compared to just different Google Slides.
Lastly, it has become one important tool for every project what we starts.

Collaboration

We have people working in many different locations in Finland, so it has helped to having workshops. Before it was facilitator responsibility to write all the things what rised from the online workshops or then people just wrote on the Google Slides, but now with Miro we have easy way to do that.

Amazing tool for workshops when you are figuring out some new things with the team. It is easy to visualize different processes in Miro with many different ways, especially in our marketing team we have many processes and many things going on at the same time so Miro have helped to visualize those things in a way how everyone understands them if it's needed to show for bigger audiences.
