I always tell people if Miro goes public, I'm buying stock!
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro a few different ways:
1) For UX mapping, ideation and flow design
2) For low-fi UX & UI wireframes
3) For design moodboards
4) For external client and cross-team collaboration
5) For creating and maintaining product roadmaps
Miro is far superior to most other collaboration tools—it absolutely crushes FigJam and others. Most ideas start and are developed in Miro.

Pros
- The wireframe and iconography libraries are spectacular and save tons of time
- The ability to add custom colors—this may seem small, but I love that I can store client branded colors and reuse them on designs and wireframes
- It's great that I can use Miro to collaborate with external clients, comment and link comments to tools like Jira and Asana
Cons
- I can't think of anything—it works perfect for what I need
- Increased time to high-fi UX & UI designs
- Better cross-team and external collaboration
