Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is great for enabling a visual way of working for UX. We use if for capturing and analyzing product screens, mapping user journeys, creating personas, infinity mapping etc. It is reliable, works fast and has a lot of great features.
Pros
- Easy to learn and use from first look
- Nifty features that make work faster, such as adaptive text size on stickys
- Fast loading and seamless experience
Cons
- None - as far as whiteboarding solutions go, I am happy with everything
- Miro enables great async work, we can follow each other's progress at moments that work for us
- Miro is great for remote work, we don't have to sit in the same room but can have a genuinely great collaborating experience on the online whiteboard
- Miro makes you think more visually, you don't have to use long texts or tables to get analysis done and present results
We are able to start project work faster, by adding just a few quick initial inputs the team can start brainstorming and collaborating, it is visually encouraging and pleasing (as opposed to writing long analysis texts or tables). We can have great async and remote collaboration which makes our work faster and more flexible.
Miro is the best whiteboard collaboration software. It has the most features that you don't get in other tools. The UI is fast and simple, you don't have to look for things, they are just there. Miro is also fast and reliable, no awkward loading waiting times. Data export from Miro is great as well, you can get you deliverables out as pds or images easily in high quality.
