Miro makes collaboration with colleagues and clients easy!
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Our organization's projects are structured around in-depth discovery and collaborative sessions between specialists who need to collect various information about our client's business needs and needs of their users. We use Miro to collaborate and organize the information into defined spaces. Real-time collaboration allows us to build on each other's knowledge and understanding of the information we collect.
Pros
- Free-form data entry using various tools and features.
- Replicate real-world workflows
- Helpful digital-only tools and features
Cons
- Structuring content into printable deliverables.
- More detailed layout controls for mindmapping
- Improved collaboration with colleagues
- Easier onboarding with clients to our methods of collecting information and distilling it
We use Miro to collaborate when we're all in the office in the same conference room. It's a great tool to allow users to participate at their own rate and share the duties of taking notes in meetings.
- FigJam and Adobe InDesign
Real-time collaboration in InDesign isn't a thing, at least not at the level of Miro. FigJam was nice, but Miro's UI is much cleaner and easier to work with.
