I’m using Miro for diagramming related to my software product in the healthcare industry, which has now replaced lucidchart, which we have used for many years. It does so much more. In addition to diagramming, we use it for presentations. For diagramming, we document workflows. We also use it to facilitate meetings and treat it as a digital whiteboard. We particularly appreciate the templates and robust tools.

I haven’t used this feature. I usually share my screen to collaborate and use the canvas as a whiteboard. As mentioned in another question, the canvas with the frames in presentation mode makes meetings so much more impactful for dynamic communication. I think this tool can support any team with remote workers collaborating online with each other.
