Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I usually use Miro to Workshops and do documentations of discoveries. As a Product Designer, Miro helps a lot to show stakeholders the process like a step before a formal presentation. I do a lot of research because I work in 8 projects in my company, so I use to do benchmarking, interview's highlights, desk research, ideation, and more.
I usually use a lot of post-its, squares, and sometime use the AI of Miro to help me to cluster some workshop insights. I work for a Insurance and Bank company, so a lot of cases is important to do discoveries.

Pros

Give us tools for workshops, like a service blueprint
AI for Cluster
connections with Google Drive
Easy to ideation

Cons

AI sometime do clusters that dont make sense, especial in Portuguese
Autolayout like Figma could be good
Could be easier to know the distance from one component to another one.

Ease of Integration

I usually use Miro with google and that's so easy.

Collaboration

My team's colleague are from a lot of places in Brazil, and Miro helps to do a collaborative work in Research and Ideation.
Furthermore, Stakeholders are not so anxious like before.

Alternatives Considered

FigJam, Mural and Google Jamboard

I actually think Miro is better because it's faster to load. Mural is better to Agile spaces, because it's easier to vote. FigJam is good because its connected with Figma, and Jamboard is terrible. Lol.

I usually recommend Miro to all colleagues. In my company I recommend to my colleagues to use Miro for research and provide the link to the stakeholders. In my team that's already a practice.
Miro is really good, even when I am doing data analysis. I enjoy the usability, and hope that the AI could be improved, because it's already good, but can be better.
