Overall Satisfaction with Miro
It is a great help to simplify the briefs received from the client, especially when there is a lot of data that is easier to process visually. The ability to paste images, gifs, and create tables is essential in our daily use in the company; it makes collaboration much more fluid and successful.
Pros
- Promotes collaboration in a 100% real-time environment
- It has the function of copying images and gifs directly from the clipboard that can be used for explanatory purposes.
- It has layout tools, explanations such as lines, arrows, text boxes, tables, you can create everything within Miro, without having to resort to other tools.
Cons
- Perhaps it can be improved in the mobile experience, on the computer it is practically perfect because you can zoom in on any area where there is information, on a phone for example, it is more difficult
- Have a focus mode (I don't think it exists yet) where anyone can see what a collaborator is modifying or working on at that moment
- It could also be improved by adding a checklist where the team can see what part of the process is already completed and see who completed it.
- Reduces the time it takes to understand a brief. A 1-hour meeting can easily be explained in 15 minutes with a board in Miro. This translates into less time to complete the task.
- Organization is the key to keeping a business running and with Miro that's super easy for us to achieve now.
- It helps us create functional workflows, who will do what according to the plans and ideas we put into Miro
It is really impressive how our way of working collaboratively has improved, each person can focus on a task, post progress, update the status and organize in a efficient way. All at the same time, without delaying anything, without having infinite versions of a project or a document, Meets our expectations with cr
It's more user friendly, has a extensive toolset and integrations, there's no limits what we can do with Miro, the other options has limits, Or they have a much more elaborate creation process, With Miro, the best part is that you can create workflows and collaborate in real time all so easily and without generating any delays anywhere in the work.
