Fully recommended to define solutions for complex projects and organizations

I use Miro at my company to manage the end-to-end process from defining a problem to designing the final solution we need to implement, including all the different internal processes, applications, teams, and organizations. Miro helps me visualize the complex problem of matrix and interconnected organizations and how the different application or databases are interacting each other. For legacy companies this is essential as describing and visualizing the problem sometimes takes more time that finding the solution. Miro helps on sharing the documentation and solution with everybody in the company who can access easily to the old (AS-IS) flows and new (TO-BE) flow/solution.
