Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are using Miro for our ideation processes, brainstorming together with remote teams, we use it collect inspirational thinmgs, and as an inovative tool for presentations.

Pros

  • Real time collaboration with remote team members
  • Whiteboards for collective ideas and inspiration collections
  • Presentations and Workshops with customers and partner companies

Cons

  • member management, It gets quickly very expensive when inviting colleagues who use it only for a few sessions per years.
  • Cost transparency
  • Security concerns from T1 partners and big organisations
  • major impact especially on our research team
  • I believe that our pitches where we used Miro are much more successful as powerpoint pitches.
Its very intuitive for people who know how to use design tools, it's much less intuitive for other users but they usally understand it very quickly as well.
real time collaberation
No absolutely not, its an addition to our other tool. It didn't replace any other tool in our organisatyion.
much. more intuitive, more modern more insperiational

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is very well suited for what it does. Anyway that we have to pay the same ammount for team mates who use it daily and team mates who use it rarely (1-2 times per year) makes it very difficult to get the budget for it approved

Evaluating Miro and Competitors
