Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro for a lot of things like organize my scope of work, doing roadmaps for projects and their development, organize reaserches of all kind of thing such as fashion collections, organize contents we receive of ours brand creators, register all the things my team does. I think Miro is a great platform where you can agroup everything you need in one place.

Pros

  • Agroup images
  • Facility on doing documents
  • Visibility of projects' roadmaps

Cons

  • I'd like to do sheets on Miro
  • I'd like to have a cloud of photos there too
  • Miro has improved team productivity by making remote collaboration more dynamic and visual.
  • It helped us streamline project planning and delivery through clear roadmaps and task organization.
I use Miro every day, and it’s extremely intuitive and flexible. It allows me to organize ideas, collaborate with my team in real time, and present projects seamlessly — all in one place. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate, even for people who are new to the tool.It adapts to different needs, from brainstorming to project delivery, which makes it essential to my daily work.
The tools I use most in my day-to-day are the infinite canvas, sticky notes, and frames — they allow me to visually map out ideas, organize brainstorms, and structure project presentations clearly. The comment and tagging features are also essential for collecting and giving feedback asynchronously, which keeps the team aligned. I also rely heavily on templates to save time and maintain consistency across roadmaps, seeding plans, and content presentations. Altogether, these features make Miro a key part of my daily workflow.
Yes, Miro has definitely reduced the need for other tools in my workflow. I now use it instead of separate platforms for brainstorming, project planning, visual documentation, and even presentations. It replaced tools like Google Slides for concept sharing and helped centralize feedback that would otherwise be spread across emails or chat apps. Having everything in one place made my process more streamlined and efficient.
I’ve used Google Slides, Figma (whiteboarding), Jamboard, Notion, and Google Calendar for planning and organizing content, including scheduling posts for creators. Miro stands out for combining structure, flexibility, and collaboration in a way the others don’t. It’s more dynamic and intuitive than Google Slides for visual thinking, less design-specific than Figma so anyone on the team can use it easily, and more interactive than Notion or Jamboard when it comes to creative ideation and feedback. Compared to Google Calendar, Miro provides a more visual and collaborative approach to planning and organizing, especially for creative tasks. It centralizes several processes into one platform, making it the most complete option for my daily work.

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is especially well suited for scenarios that require visual collaboration and idea organization with remote teams. I often use it for brainstorms with home office teams, building roadmaps, and organizing project workflows. It’s also very effective for visually mapping out seeding strategies, creating photo walls for creators, developing shared documents, and presenting projects in a straightforward way — with the added benefit of enabling direct feedback on the board.
