Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I utilise Miro for both internal and external purposes.
We do a lot of mind mapping between products as they change and evolve or get updated.
We also manage team meeting minutes and presentations etc, we use it live to collaborate during a team call as well.
For external purposes, I encourage the team to utilise it for customer planning, getting to know your customer and creating the message you want to share with them.

- Scaling text/images on an entire board at once would be helpful if I've started too big
- Customer interactions improved 100% through better pre-call planning
- Team Meetings and events 50% more interactive and 100% more engaging
The ability to copy paste content directly in and move everything around so freely on the canvas, its the best.
