I utilise Miro for both internal and external purposes.
We do a lot of mind mapping between products as they change and evolve or get updated.
We also manage team meeting minutes and presentations etc, we use it live to collaborate during a team call as well.
For external purposes, I encourage the team to utilise it for customer planning, getting to know your customer and creating the message you want to share with them.

The ability to copy paste content directly in and move everything around so freely on the canvas, its the best.
