Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro a lot for all the following activities.
1. Fiscal Year planning - we have lot of boards where all leaders collaborate and create the plan for next Fiscal Year.
2. Quarterly Planning - Our Product Managers, Dev leaders use Miro for Quarterly planning and put all items on the boards.
3. Architecture Diagrams- We have stopped all the different tools used byu different teams for architecture diagrams and we have started using Miro now. it is very efficient and it has lot of diagrams, templates availabel to start on architecture diagrams. They are all saved in cloud .
They are very useful to explain our problem statements, solutions to sr leaders.

- more themes and more custom images on shapes and diagrams
- Performance on the desktop app can be improved.
- can be integrated with Jira and auto create stories/Features after FY or Quarter planning is done and approved
- Can be integrated with Bitbucket and create some arch diagrams or generate source from arch diagrams
- can be integrated with AWS and generate the diagrams .
- FY Planning
- Only one tool for Arch diagrams. No need to pay extra for other tools like lucid, draw.io
Architecture diagrams.
jira is different than Miro. I used lucid and draw.io for diagrams.
