Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We mostly use Miro to collaborate on projects delivered during the discovery phase. I do use it in my personal capacity to complete an advanced diploma in management practice. I have recently moved into a delivery squad, so will definitely be using Miro for collaboration in creating low-fi flows for any new journeys.

It's a great tool to use especially as a beginner and it helps organise thoughts, data, information etc. It can also be improved in many ways to become more of a multi-functional go-to tool

Yes it has. If I don't have to use powerpoint or any other microsoft product, then I'm happy

Yes

It's best suited for collaboration. It's great to create multiple user journeys to get the IA and flows correct. It's great for data capturing and synthesising large amounts of data.
Areas where it's not so suitable is prototyping and being that one-stop-shop for all creative tools like Adobe or Figma.
