Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Usually it serves as an online writing board, for when a notepad isn't enough and drawing becomes necessary. In my work, this happens in two cases: (i) drawing business problem frameworks and issue trees and (ii) conducting team building dynamics online where "post-its" are important.
The business problem Miro address is the necessity of having a shared document with more freedom of scope that Google Docs, Sheets or Slides can't offer. Also, it doesn't bug with large groups of people as these other tools do.

Pros
- Simultaneous edit with a large number of people
- Frameworks, issue trees and fluxograms
- Presentations through the following tool
Cons
- Easier formatting of text boxes
- Integration with other tools (e.g. having links to your workspace files; maybe this already exists and I don't know)
- More user friendly way of finding shared boards
- Possibility of having team dynamics online
- Simultaneous edit platform for disucssing frameworks
- Easy to follow presentations
The tools or features that have impacted my day to day the most was (i) the simultaneous editing, (ii) the easy-to-make fluxogram tools (the one where you click a box and the next one appear already conected by an arrow) and (iii) the "follow" participant feature (where your screen follows the one of a specific participant you choose).
No, it haven't. It is what I said previously: in the few use cases I use it I find it great, but I haven't brought myself to include in my work routine yet.
I haven't used any other products similar to Miro. The one closest would be Google Slides but, although I used with the same objective, is a very different tool.
