Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Miro mainly for brainstorming and planning, and it's been really helpful for team-wide discussions and for housing all of our ideas in one place.

Pros and Cons

Pros

AI: We take photos of our in-person planning session boards, and Miro can convert them into individual sticky notes.
Holistic view of quarterly/bi-annual planning.

Cons

I find that sometimes the platform isn't an intuitive as I'd like it to be to use.

Return on Investment

It's been great to reference our Miro board when I need to look back on our quarterly planning.

Overall, Miro is pretty simple to use, but I don't think I'm using it to its full potential. As a team, we only really use it for planning and timelines, and I think there's more we can get out of it.

The AI photo-to-text feature has been a game-changer!
