Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Used for the management of a civic and social responsibility organization created within the company. Limited to a few departments in the company. Used to track membership, projects and initiatives, goals, etc. Integrated with Zoom and Slack to pull data from video calls and easily connect with chat channels to reach members.

Pros and Cons

It is user-friendly and appealing to the eye. Very quick to learn how to use.
Integration with Zoom eliminates lots of duplication of effort (i.e. participation tracking)
Ability to share data in easy-to-read sharable links.

Easier way to clear all notifications would be nice. I have to manually delete each.
High-level, but the name "Monday" is confusing at times since it's also the first day of the week. Can sometimes cause confusion.

Usability

I have not used templates, however I can attest to the ease of integration between monday.com and Zoom as well as Slack. We use monday.com to track meeting metrics such as attendance, meeting dates and cadence for Zoom. We also have integrated Slack channels with our group of members to reach our wider audience easily.

Support Rating

I have not had to reach out to Monday customer support, however I do see that it's easy to access support from the Monday website if needed.

Reliability & Availability

I have not run into bugs or issues with Monday as of yet. I believe there was one instance a few days ago where integration between Zoom and Monday was not working, however I did not need the service at the time. Features seem to work seamlessly.

monday.com is a great all-around program. It's easy to use, aesthetically pleasing and quick to learn. Sharing externally with others is simple, integrating to other apps like Slack and Zoom are a great benefit, and most people seem to be familiar with how to navigate the site. It has a fresh and modern look that is quite appealing.
