Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Less time spent manually changing timelines.
  • More information provided to the executive leadership team.
monday.com is being used across the entire organization. The platform addresses multiple problems ranging from team collaboration to project organization to leadership team information dispersal. My organization enjoys the fact that the tool is simple and straightforward. They've even thought of all the ways projects can be organized from charts to color coordinated.
  • Project management.
  • Team collaboration.
  • Limited bells and whistles.
  • Not robust enough for a large organization.
Customer Support is great. If there is even the smallest question, you just reach out and they answer it. I haven't had to experience a massive problem to where the customer service team can't figure things out. They've always been kind and nice during our conversations. I think they need to continue with this pace.

Do you think monday.com delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with monday.com's feature set?

Yes

Did monday.com live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of monday.com go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy monday.com again?

Yes

I feel like I've tried almost every project management software out there ranging from Microsoft Project to Teamwork. monday.com is just nice because you log in and it works. There isn't a lot of set up. The controls are intuitive. When you want to do something like change a color of a bar it isn't a chore. If you want to move a project back 5 weeks you aren't spending time manually moving each task.
If a colleague called me and asked if the organization should use monday.com to conduct their projects and that particular organization was small to midsize or the projects were simple, then I'd say yes without a doubt. I've had really good experiences with it and enjoy the platform immensely. If it's a large organization than I don't believe the platform could handle it.

monday.com & Collaboration

monday.com made it easy for cross-team collaboration incredibly easy. People are able to be tagged on action items and responsibilities which keeps things moving across the main team but within other departments as well. Views were easy enough to read AND UNDERSTOOD by anyone who glanced at it for a few minutes - increasing leadership's understanding of the status of projects without needing to reach out to someone.
I would rate the project management capabilities of monday.com as a 10. It's been like a fine wine that has only gotten better with age. If I had to recommend a project management software to another company - I always go to monday.com first due to the ease of setup and use.
I mentioned above that the setup is incredibly simply, the user interface makes the software possible to navigate with minimal learning curves. And honestly, I like the ability to color code. It makes the details stand out for myself who is utilizing the software but also for other team members who need to read it.
