- monday.com is the first platform that all of our teams got on board with without a lot of training and follow up.
- The time it took to implement monday.com was one of the shortest we have implemented.
- monday.com has one of the best mobile experiences for the end user and this really helped to push company adoption forward.
We are currently using monday.com to assign daily tasks, collaborate on projects and fulfill requests made by other teams. The tasks are assigned at the team level while we use project collaboration among multiple teams in addition to projects for a single team. All of our organization uses the platform for all work and we are also in the process of integrating with Zendesk for helpdesk requests. We also use the MS Teams and Adobe Creative Cloud integration. The integrations have really helped us to remove data silos and increase communication and work load management.

- The Microsoft Teams integration could be a deeper integration and eliminate having to go into monday.com for reports and analytics.
- The copy and paste feature could be improved by allowing the copy/paste to include only the data needed by the user.
- monday.com could be greatly improved if each task within a page could be set up as recurring without the need to design the whole board to be recurring.
monday.com has not only proven itself to be great not only in terms of its ease of use but also the reliability we have found with it across the board. We are an organization with a wide variety of operating systems and we haven’t had any issues on any platform. This has really put it ahead of a lot of the other platforms we have tried.
