We use this platform for our graphic design business where we have over 60 clients, some of which are active all the time and some of which lay dormant for a while. We all use this platform together remotely which makes it super valuable. It solves many problems, of course that we can communicate very well with each other but also that we can have shared boards with clients and also communicate with them through the platform instead of email. Wish every client would get onto monday.com with us.

- Working on it/ vs waiting review/ hold markers.
- Being able to share documents inside the platform.
- Overviews of when you were mentioned.
- Wish there was one place to see what everyone has marked as currently working on.
- Wish there were crossovers of harvest and other time tracking software.
- Sometimes it's confusing what is mentioned vs what you get alerts about.
