Time savings for sure! back and forth much easier
Its easier for a new employee to understand his tasks and know what to do since its all written on monday and all the documents are there

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Across the whole organization. We use it to organize our tasks, comment the work of others and write to each other. We use it a lot, but only between employees and not with our clients.

Pros and Cons

We can put document on it (pdf, images, etc)
We can tag each other and send gifts / emojis
We can go back to old stuff (deleted stuff, etc) if we want to find something old

Sometimes we dont see the documents that another employee just put on the section ''fichier''
It would be nice to personalize our monday place (color, typo, etc)

The template already designed by monday.com are really useful, and the fact that we can change everything and adapt it to our organization is awesome. We can change the name of every section and the thing in it (schedule, document, website, etc)

Support Rating

I never really used this so I cannot really say why I put 7/10 but I love the service offered by monday.com and the constant updates they do.

Reliability & Availability

It's easier for us to be more organized and to NOT miss any tasks we have to do for our clients. We can tag each other and ask for help through monday.com which helps a lot since we're all working from home.

The organization, the different label we can create, the amount of stuck we can put on it. It's infinite.
When we want to organize a big project its really useful with the sous sections and the fact that we can identify many people on different tasks.
