Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use monday.com to track sales, for contact management and for task management. I find it very useful that I can have push notifications send me updates when someone has added something to a specific board so I know exactly where to look.

Easy customization of boards
Duplication feature is a life-saver!
The auto sum feature is fantastic for tracking sales from our web store

Better customizable width in the first column of a board
I'd like to be able to auto-generate a sum from the number of units sold in another column but haven't figured out a way to do that
The interface was not as intuitive as I would have liked but it didn't take long to get used to it

Usability

I found it a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, since this was the first tool of this sort that I had used. I know that I'm not using it to its full potential and want to learn more about how to use it. I think there is room for improvement on the ease of usability and interface.

Reliability & Availability

I have never had an issue with reliability or availability! I'm not a daily user, rather 2-3 times per week. I have never needed to use Monday.com and found the service down or unusable.

I love monday.com! My partner and I are constantly looking for ways to use it to save time. That's a big plus for the platform. It helps us communicate without having to meet for every little thing. I can't think of a business scenario where you couldn't use monday.com, but if you have no need for tracking anything or for managing information of one sort or another, then I guess it wouldn't be the solution for you.
