We use monday.com to track sales, for contact management and for task management. I find it very useful that I can have push notifications send me updates when someone has added something to a specific board so I know exactly where to look.

- I'd like to be able to auto-generate a sum from the number of units sold in another column but haven't figured out a way to do that
- The interface was not as intuitive as I would have liked but it didn't take long to get used to it
I have never had an issue with reliability or availability! I'm not a daily user, rather 2-3 times per week. I have never needed to use Monday.com and found the service down or unusable.
