Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
monday.com is used specifically for my department- Creative Services. We receive Creative Services requests daily from many departments like Communications, E-commerce, Sales, and Marketing. We use monday.com as a way to track requests submitted on the day, as well as organize jobs from our main Project Managers in order to prioritize our day in order of urgency or importance. monday.com really helps me stay organized and make sure I stay on track and hit my deadlines. I'm currently back in the office, but this service was especially helpful when I was working remotely.
- The ability to create multiple boards and customize them is fantastic
- I love the automations and user friendly platform
- Its really great how updates get sent to my work email so that I always stay in the loop
- Sometimes the automation won't work right away, and I have to refresh or quit and re-open my browser
- Things are constantly changing, such as the workspace layout. it would be nice to be given a heads up or the option to use the layout we are familiar with
- Is there a place to chat with coworkers, similar to Skype? if not, that would be a nice option
- Helps me stay organized
- Helps me meet deadlines
- Helps others stay informed of my workload
- I can't think of a single way monday.com has impacted me negatively
monday.com performs well and meets the needs of my department. We have so much going on daily, with new projects coming in and older projects being finalized and sent out. monday.com makes it so much easier to keep track of everything, and instead of having one person update everything, we can all do our part and update as we go.
