Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to handle every single work order we receive from our clients. We do have a form in which the client can fill all the required information, and then we receive a new item in the board with some automation to assign the right people.

Because it is way easy to use, there is no way to get lost, and if someone gets lost, there are tons of tutorials to learn how to get the max from the platform.
I've never needed support from monday.com, but I know people in my company who had reached the monday.com CS, and they always said good things about it.
In 6 months, we just had an outage of 10 minutes. The overall stability and performance of monday.com are incredible. In my opinion, monday.com is a very good platform, suitable for most of the needs of any company.

I think monday.com is well suited for most industries. In my experience, there is no other option as intuitive and easy to use as monday.com. The whole "training" for a new person literally takes 10 minutes to be proficient. Besides that, there are a lot of official videos to learn more about the capabilities of the platform.
