It is being used by the whole organization for cross-communication between teams and projects. It helps to see the big picture of the company projects, so everybody knows what the goals are and work towards them. It also helps with planning organization, sharing documents and opinions, managing licenses, etc.

It helped the whole organization with cross-team communication. Now, everybody feels on the same page. After you get to use it, the chronograms, graphics, and team management feel great. Also, it allows the management of documentation and users. The customization of workspaces, logins, and teams by boards is a big plus.

Support Rating

They are really focused on giving the best for users. They provide documentation, webinars, guidance through emails, and a community. It is true that they provide personal support for enterprises users at any time, but this can be customized/filtered for certain users. This helps for allowing guests users to see public info but not too detailed.

For allowing everybody in the whole organization to see what is going on with all projects and general goals, it is excellent. You can customize workspaces, filters for users, licenses, etc. It is so good for doing chronograms and boards. If money is a concern, you could find a tool with similar characteristics but also with facilities for agile development.
