Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
monday.com is used across the whole organization. monday.com helps us see and track tasks for each client and manage workloads among employees. monday.com is also great for tracking contractors' work across our company. Although we are a small company a project management system is essential, and monday.com is very useful.
Pros
- Customization of Status Bar selections
- Customization of columns
- Share outside company to view
- Can have multiple boards
- Can install widgets for extra customizations
- Automation features for items and tasks
- Specific notification settings
Cons
- Notification and alert for close to overdue tasks
- Sorting of just a single person's work across all boards
- When subitem is set to done, the entire task gets placed in done group when not completed
- It is pricey for missing basic features
- Task Management is good, but can be cheaper somewhere else
- Only appeal may be the color choices
- Finicky with customizations, seems open but some little things are missing
Reliability is great. monday.com is always operating during business hours, and if it is scheduling, shutdown notifications are sent multiple ways weeks in advance to ensure we can work around the shutdown times.
