Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use monday.com in several departments - marketing, product, R&D. It allows us to easily work on cross-departmental projects, involving dozens of employees and external partners. It's very easy to collaborate, add a response/reply, see who owns a certain task, and more.
Pros
- Simplicity of creating complex automations.
- Simplicity in creating custom columns.
- Collaborating with other team members.
Cons
- Allow branding for each customer (logos, colors).
- Time saving - in getting people synced, and respond to assigned tasks.
Never encountered a downtime during my work on monday.com. the performance is very quick and responsive, seeing changes immediately, even when applying changes to multiple items simultaneously. Automations are also being executed seamlessly.
