I've been finding monday.com's pre-made templates more and more useful. And they are so easy and quick to edit to my needs and desire.

monday.com makes it super easy and intuitive to see what to do and how to do things. Easy poking around and you can quickly find what you were looking for or sometimes an even easier tool for what you need. monday.com makes every day of the week flow smoother. We keep finding new ways to utilize it in our team.
Yep, I've only had to use the support once and they were very quick to address my question and send me the right direction to find my solution. The customer rep was knowledgeable, kind, and quick. I'm assuming if i had a problem again, it would be resolved just as quickly.
monday.com has significantly decreased the time we would waste on recreating onboarding processes every time we added a team member or and it also significantly decreased the time we took to update everyone in the leadership team on our client statuses. Now, they have their own access to our master client board where they can make comments, ask questions and even change priorities for the managers. It's great.

Monday is perfect as a CRM! Clearly being able to see the different stages, different groups, and the overall weight distribution on current status is super. It's also an amazing tool for our HR. We use it as an onboarding and off-boarding guide, plus onboarding stages, processes, and documentation storage. I'm excited to see all the other ways we can utilize it.
