I've been finding monday.com's pre-made templates more and more useful. And they are so easy and quick to edit to my needs and desire.

- Streamlined our customer acquisition and onboarding flow so we can work faster.
monday.com has significantly decreased the time we would waste on recreating onboarding processes every time we added a team member or and it also significantly decreased the time we took to update everyone in the leadership team on our client statuses. Now, they have their own access to our master client board where they can make comments, ask questions and even change priorities for the managers. It's great.
