Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We organize all of our events and launches with Monday[.com]. It solves so many problems - we have created flows and automation so that each team member knows where the others stand. It's incredibly helpful, and visually, we love arranging everything so we can see what is happening!
- Houses all of the information for an upcoming post, event, or course in one place
- Lets us have a bird's eye view into what's coming up for the next few months
- Gives us the ability for team members to talk to each other so flows happen efficiently
- The desktop app is a bit wonky, finding things quickly is sometimes a challenge
- Uploading files by dropping them into an area is lovely but finding where to do that is not 100% intuitive
- It's saved us a lot of time figuring out how to plan ahead
- Our freelancers have adopted it slowly but surely as they realize how to use it
It has been so impressive that we've taken a while to take advantage of all of its bells & whistles. However, we continue to be excited about using it since it is so helpful.
