Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use Monday.com to help keep track of our operating processes, vacation calendars, event planning, new staff onboarding, staff offboarding, etc. It's used primarily by management to organize and keep track of progress, and then other departments will update their own parts. Monday.com helps us keep track of big projects and make sure we don't overlook the tiny parts.
  • Notifying people when it's their turn to take action.
  • Making automatic changes to items based on the criteria we choose.
  • Very friendly user interface.
  • The automations can grow in complexity, but it's still easy to understand what's happening.
  • Dependencies between items are not simple to create and visualize.
  • Subitems are easy to overlook unless you pay close attention to the little icon.
  • Saves time on repetitive processes.
  • Saves time on vacation planning and management
  • Increased ease of mind because of how easy it is to see where we stand in the process.
Even if I don't know how to do something on Monday.com, it is super easy to figure it out. I have only had to contact support 1 time in 2 months.
The support team is quick to reply, friendly, and resolved my issue right away.
So far, all features have worked as expected and there has been no noticeable downtime.

monday.com & Collaboration

Monday Boards enable us to have processes in place where everybody is aware of the progress. It is easier for us to make microdecisions when we understand what others have done and what they still need to do.

Monday.com is super easy to use and allows for smoother project management. I gave it a 9/10 because the document sharing capabilities are still in the development phase and have some improvements to be made.
