Monday.com is a necessary tool at our company because all the team members use it to collaborate, by integrating with all the other software that we use we are able to stay organized and manage everything from the monday.com dashboard, we also use it to communicate with each other to better collaborate on tasks.

Pros and Cons

Easy integration with a ton of other software to populate what matters in one dashboard.
Automations to save time on repetitive work.

Some email notifications are unnecessary, if they can send only important updates that would be great.
I would love to see them implement the possibility to add subtasks under a task.

Usability

The monday.com integrations are a must-have for our workflow because they allow us to gather data from other platforms and use it for automation inside monday.com which allows us to be more productive and it's also great for security reasons because by populating the necessary data from Gmail and Facebook ads, for example, we don't have to share credentials with the employees who need to look at incoming leads.

Support Rating

Monday.com support team is really kind and helpful, whenever we reach out to them with questions or issues we're facing they go above and beyond to make sure we're happy and they fix any issues we have in the fastest time possible.

Reliability & Availability

My experience with monday.com is an extremely positive one because I never experienced any downtime or bugs while using it and they have an awesome mobile app for on-the-go usage, a 100% uptime is crucial for any work management software and monday.com has been very reliable so far.
