Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
I use a different group of deals and I can have a clear map of my clients just by opening the monday.com dashboard. Every deal has a line with a short "to-do" so I don't need other agendas. I read all to-dos deciding in real-time what's more important, urgent, or other priorities. After reading monday.com and keeping it open on the browser, I can give specific skills to my workmates in a very few seconds. If they don't remember the status of that job, I need only to read the notes I added in progress, just one click.
- Clear schematization of a long list of legal practices.
- Fast upgrading in one line of status of each practice.
- It keeps an excellent storyline of every work status.
- It's always available, so I rarely print a recap, just open it on my phone.
- It shares news or upgrades without difficulty..
- In my case, more visibility to the idea of "next step" in front of you. Maybe a color to the characters.
- Increased accuracy in deadlines.
- More completeness reporting to clients.
- Less errors in coordinating different legal roles.
- Fastness in knowing what to do, today, tomorrow and in any weak point.
My workmates and I keep it on an open window on browser all the day. It impacts so much that we have it constantly on display, like Outlook mail or similar as traditional online tools.
