Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Templates and automation. One of the biggest issues that we had in our organization was having a clear and concise way to take in marketing requests. Between Monday's form submission and their email automation, I'm able to save hours a week in having the technology send out automatic status updates for me.

  • Connection with third party chat services (Slack & Google Chat for example)

There is a lot you can do in the customization of a board and frankly, it is a lot more customizable than the completion, but little things like the board to board connections not working and there being no real way to keep track of the working calendar has made it hard for everyone in our organization to adopt and keep using the software.
I left it at 5 because up to this point thankfully I have not needed to call the support team in the 2+ years I've been using the software. If the website has ever been down Twitter has been my go-to for receiving updates.
When automation and integrations were released in the software that's when I truly believe monday.com became a game-changer for our organization. It saved myself and others so much time in follow up and just being able to send files directly from the software completely transformed our personal experience with the software.

Anytime anyone asks me a question about task management or team management I always slide monday.com into the conversation. It's become part of our basic vocabulary in our company to the point that it can be annoying at times. I believe as the software grows and improves it could even be used for things like inventory management, etc.
