Monday.com is great for our team

It is really easy to use and requires little training to get up to speed. I really appreciate that especially when onboarding new people on my team that learning monday.com is not going to be cumbersome. I like the use of colors and space on the page as well.

I have never had to reach out to support so I cannot speak to their abilities. But I think that it's a good sign that your product works well if I have never had to reach out to technical support. Companies can have great customer support but if you're contacting them regularly then that is a little telling about the product's ease of use.

I'll start with less ideal - I work on an agile team and I like Trello a little better for agile sprints and organizing in that manner. But how we use it where we list out all of our projects, I think it's much better than Trello. It's easy to view the list and to see who the main project manager is and they can assign tasks to other individuals.
