Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com has provided greater transparency and communication within my organisation. We can see what everyone is up to, how we are tracking in terms of progress, and what projects we currently have on the go. If you're scaling up, this is a great tool to use to keep track of your growing team, projects, and new opportunities. The price is worth it for the quality and customisation of the product you receive.
  • I love the customisation that monday.com offers. It really helps me to cater to each of my different projects' requirements.
  • The different board views and reporting tools are incredibly robust.
  • The automations really make work more efficient.
  • The colour-coding is a great visual tool!
  • The only real issue I have is that some of the integrations I would like are not yet available on the platform, such as Sage Intacct, Salesforce, etc.
  • The mobile app can be a little glitchy at times, it's much better to work on via laptop/desktop. You also have more board view options on the desktop.
  • Sub-items are a great feature but do not pull through correctly in the different board views (Gantt, etc.)
  • We have definitely seen growth in our productivity. Processes are a lot more streamlined and efficient, giving our team more time to execute on work.
  • The Monday.com ecosystem is great - the way everything communicates with each other and is stored really helps us to centralise and optimise our work.
  • For the inexperienced employees with tech/software, we did notice a struggle in the adoption of the platform. Some tips/tricks with onboarding would be helpful.
  • Our finance team/sales team have battled with the platform in terms of integrations in Sage Intacct and SalesForce, which they would prefer to use.
  • Our project managers, creative team, and development team love this platform as it really speaks to their way of work and thinking.
For those employees inexperienced with tech/software, they did struggle initially with onboarding onto the platform. Some interactive tips and tricks, in the beginning, would be great. Finance and Sales teams may not take to it immediately as our internal teams are waiting for a Sage Intacct and SalesForce integration. Our project managers, creative team, and development team love this product. It especially plays well to the Scrum/Sprint/Agile methodologies of working. They love the integrations available.
I haven't personally had much experience with the enterprise support plan, but the overall support from Monday.com has been great. They are relatively responsive, and can normally assist within a few hours of sending an email or logging a support ticket. They also have a wide range of how-to and troubleshoot videos on their YouTube channel which has helped us tremendously.
It has streamlined and optimised our internal processes significantly. The team is now working a lot more efficiently than ever before and can execute more. The customisations and automation that monday.com offers really cater to each of our different projects' requirements, from board views to reporting. The colour-coding is also a great visual tool and our team has fun using it.

Our business was rapidly growing and we were beginning to lose track of employee work, clients, projects, etc. Monday.com helped us to centralise all of this information and provided greater transparency and communication across the business. This is a great tool to keep track of growing teams, projects, and client opportunities. A bit pricey, but worth it for the level of customisation and quality of the product. I do however wish we had launched a better training and onboarding process for the team to get onto Monday.com better. It can be a bit overwhelming at first for some of our users.
