When we have tasks to manage, such as onboarding a new employee, monday.com is what we use for this. It allows you to track the task, who is responsible, the status, and any update notes associated with it. It is a great tool for project management across the company in all departments.

- Editing items is a little tricky.
- Need more notifications.
- Nothing else!
- Increase in onboarding support.
- Increase in collaboration and knowledge of what is happening when.
- Task management improvement.
I have not experienced any downtime with monday.com. It has always been available to use when I have tried. This allows for seamless collaboration and knowing that if we put information into monday.com, it will be accessible and easy to find. This is important when trying to make progress on projects.
