Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

When we have tasks to manage, such as onboarding a new employee, monday.com is what we use for this. It allows you to track the task, who is responsible, the status, and any update notes associated with it. It is a great tool for project management across the company in all departments.

Pros

Cons

  • Editing items is a little tricky.
  • Need more notifications.
  • Nothing else!
  • Increase in onboarding support.
  • Increase in collaboration and knowledge of what is happening when.
  • Task management improvement.
It is very user-friendly! It is one of the first platforms that new employees are introduced to. I love how you can include links to resources and you can assign tasks/projects to users within the company. It has greatly increased company insights and collaboration. There is no training necessary to use the platform.
monday.com cares about their users and it really shows. From the easy-to-use platform to the dedicated client success manager and easy to access and utilize support is unmatched. I have had nothing but positive experiences with monday.com. I would recommend anyone who needs an easy-to-use platform to adopt monday.com.
I have not experienced any downtime with monday.com. It has always been available to use when I have tried. This allows for seamless collaboration and knowing that if we put information into monday.com, it will be accessible and easy to find. This is important when trying to make progress on projects.

monday.com is useful in any scenario where you need to keep track of tasks and progress toward achieving a goal. It is a great collaboration tool and helps manage all tasks associated with a project. The only scenario where I can see it needing improvement is collaborating with someone outside of your organization.
