Monday.com is nothing short of magic in the world of project management tools. It's not only simple to get started, but allows a lot of complex automation capabilities. When we were struggling to implement some customizations on other project management tools, Monday.com could tick all boxes for our needs. For all our needs, we were able to customize every single aspect such as notifications to resources and more. The reporting view was amazing. It allows a lot of customizations

- Integrations with other tools such as Slack allowed us to have seamless project tracking capabilities
- App Marketplace - Supports a lot of different third-party apps that we can integrate with within minutes
- Easy to get started - The templates within Monday.com are very simple to understand and their knowledgebase is very well-written
- Would love to see messenger integration
- Some columns could not be removed
- Our teams have been more productive
- We've been getting better reporting on our project status
- Email & Slack notifications have proved to be helpful to get work done
I've never had any issues with monday.com in terms of reliability or uptime. A few of our colleagues complained about downtimes and complained about some bugs too, but I never experienced them. For me, monday.com has been an extremely reliable tool for project management and resource allocation. I particularly loved the reporting features that the tool provides.
