Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Monday.com is nothing short of magic in the world of project management tools. It's not only simple to get started, but allows a lot of complex automation capabilities. When we were struggling to implement some customizations on other project management tools, Monday.com could tick all boxes for our needs. For all our needs, we were able to customize every single aspect such as notifications to resources and more. The reporting view was amazing. It allows a lot of customizations

Report Customizations - We could create very complex reports within minutes
Workflow Automations- We could create automations in situations where one task/project was dependent on other
Integrations with other tools such as Slack allowed us to have seamless project tracking capabilities
App Marketplace - Supports a lot of different third-party apps that we can integrate with within minutes
Easy to get started - The templates within Monday.com are very simple to understand and their knowledgebase is very well-written

Would love to see messenger integration
Some columns could not be removed

Usability

I am extremely happy with the user intuitiveness of monday.com. The UI is beautiful and it also works fast. I was able to configure some of the existing templates for my needs which reduced my time getting started with the tool. The app marketplace is very useful and the knowledge base is also very powerful and well suited for our needs.

Support Rating

I actually never had the need to reach out to customer support or a customer success manager. I was able to meet my needs by going through the existing templates and the knowledge base. My answers were addressed. I appreciate the effort the Monday.com team is putting into creating a thorough knowledge base.

Reliability & Availability

I've never had any issues with monday.com in terms of reliability or uptime. A few of our colleagues complained about downtimes and complained about some bugs too, but I never experienced them. For me, monday.com has been an extremely reliable tool for project management and resource allocation. I particularly loved the reporting features that the tool provides.

Monday.com is an excellent and powerful tool for work and task management. We can do a lot of customizations followed by automations. For example, if there's a task that is dependent on other tasks or projects, we can configure such automations within minutes. The reports are very easy to build and found to be very intuitive for our needs. There's a learning curve, but the knowledge base that monday.com provides is excellent.
