We use monday.com to initiate and track projects, mainly each project is initiated by our project management team and we use monday.com to seed projects and determine workflow.

I think the templates are extremely helpful. The templates allow our teams to stay closely focused on the projects at hand as opposed to designing a template from scratch. This helps us move faster and get our projects done quicker. It also gives us ideas of new ways to organize data.

Support Rating

To be honest I haven’t really utilized the customer support features but I would only imagine they are intuitive and speedy. When we were first sourcing software to use I did think we found monday.com to be very responsive and helpful in terms of setting up our account and getting us ramped up.

Reliability & Availability

Oh, monday.com is incredibly reliable. We’ve had no issues getting the software to work and have found it overall to be highly intuitive for new employees to onboard and start using. I personally have not had any sort of slow performance or any negative experience that would impact my decision to continue using the program.

It is best suited for project management and keeping various team teams aligned and on track. It is less appropriate for detailed reports as well as brainstorming. We often use Miro for team brainstorming or virtual whiteboarding.
