Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use monday.com as a CRM and sales lead database. The automation makes my job easy and I look great because it helps me remember everything. Through the use of automation, I am able to send next-day emails and surveys. This has helped us know where to improve and what we are doing well. It has also kept us top of mind with customer reordering. Guests see a reminder from us as well. As a sales lead database, I am able to track who I've connected with and show all my activities to my supervisors without having to create another list as it does it automatically. It also will chart a deal's progress with ease. We are also just starting to use it as a social media planner. This product has so much potential for business use and growth. We are only using about 5% (or less) of what it has to offer! I also love that they are constantly using feedback from its users to improve. It has only gotten better since I started using it.

Pros

  • Allows you to communicate quickly and easily with your team.
  • Automations. You can automate nearly everything!
  • Helps us listen to consumers and bring in new ideas monthly.
  • monday.com is an all-in-one platform. You can use it on its own and do everything you need; or if you are already using other platforms, it integrates well with all the things I've connected it to.

Cons

  • More pricing options - automations jump incredibly from one level to the next. It would be nice to have either automations add ons or lower pricing on the higher levels.
  • It takes a minute to figure out how to best use it for your business. It can do so much that is a little overwhelming at first. But there are a ton of videos and articles to read to teach yourself.
  • Automations have made repeat business a piece of cake! People reorder simply because I've programed an automated email to keep us top of mind.
  • It saves so much time looking for receipts and tracking our guests using the CRM platform
  • The ease of data entry saves so much labor. It can also be integrated with other platforms for automatic data entry as well.
  • The ability to have many people on boards allows us to easily communicate about projects.
It's easy to use after you get the hang of it. The only reason I put it at a 9 is that there are so many great tools that it is overwhelming to a new user. Once you have gotten used to the flow, adding more boards and making tweaks are easy. I love that I can pretty much take anything I'm using and monday.com is compatible.
Even without being an Enterprise user, the support team was quick to fix issues. The support was also super clear, unlike other companies I've tried.
Some things took a little more research on my part so I could maximize the platform to address my specific needs. But once I figured it out it works just the way I intended. I never worry about automations being done correctly or if it's going to perform properly. monday.com and its products are reliable.

This is a great platform for team collaboration, and tracking everything in your business; it's a fantastic tool for a CRM. You can use it for project management which makes it really easy to see who is assigned each task if you are on a team. I use it with a small team and it works just as well as those I know who use it on a large team. Much of what I use are paid features. That is a downside for smaller companies but they do offer some basics for free.
