monday.com's performance is good, although you get a slightly worse experience if you use the desktop app vs. the web app. The desktop app can be slower, take longer to load, and doesn't give you access to some of the features like linking a Google Drive document. These are minor annoyances though. Overall, the desktop app experience is good. Uptime is also good, for the most part. There have been two or three times over the last few months where we've noticed downtime, but all of those times were 30-45 minutes and then it was operating as expected again. This has certainly been frustrating in the moment e.g., if you are using dashboards during a meeting, but other than those instances, the app has been reliable and has performed well.
