Because this promise is absolutely delivered. I feel that everything I want to do with monday.com is possible. Maybe, you could use a tool for every task and have deeper and most specific features, but I think it's waaaay better to have a complete vision in one place.

We didn't have a lot of problems in more than 3 years using. Sometimes paymant issues or things like that, but everything was solved within hours

Reliability & Availability

Everything works well. In more than 3 years I think that was 2-3 times where monday.com had some access trouble.
