Never feels like Monday with monday.com!
Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
monday.com keeps my everyday, personal tasks organized and prioritized. Additionally, it provides a quick overview with easy-to-read analytics and gantt charts for entire projects as well as sharing restricted views and updates to our clients. We also use monday.com to store information and share it interdepartmentally.
Pros
- Onboarding training: I love the courses and quick lessons that are available as well as the recurring live seminars.
- Dashboard creation could not be easier: it takes information from boards I already have created and gives me several widgets to quickly and easily display this information.
- There are many filters available when needed. I especially like the quick link to view "My Work" so I can quickly review my upcoming deadlines and filter out completed tasks.
Cons
- When editing settings of some Dashboard widgets, the drop down menus can get a little cluttered.
- There should be a "change all" option and maybe some info buttons or suggestions to help when building more complex charts.
- When organizing the left sidebar, all of the folders will open as you drag an item to another folder. So then I have to go back and re-collapse all the folders.
- I do my best to dedicate one hour a week to learning more about monday.com. This time is usually returned back to me tenfold with automations, dependencies, and rapid creation of data analytics.
I have had nothing but a wonderful overall experience with monday.com's performance. I have never experienced any down time or having to reload because something wasn't working. Some of the automations have to process for a few extra seconds, but I'm satisfied as long as it's working within a reasonable amount of time.
