Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We had a lot of issues following up with leads, sales where very static and poor service was provided. It was until we got monday.com that we manage to get everything into one single place where everything can be seen in a single place. With monday.com, now we do not have problems following up and sending standard emails as "Thank you for contacting us", among others. After we decided to use monday.com, we started using it with current clients too, as it is very useful with date reminders. We use a lot of "maturity dates" reminders now and client service has increased significantly in quality.

Pros

  • Date reminders in email, for example, for birthday reminders
  • Easty to set up and use
  • Helps to have the information in one place for everyone
  • Can adapt to any type of work, for example, daily tasks, client management, leads, among others.

Cons

  • They could easily add timers to "remind in 2 hours, this day at this hour, etc."
  • Is very expensive. Even though it is reflected in quality, they should consider to add some of the enterprise only features to the traditional plan
  • Even though it is really intuitive, I work with a lot of 45+ age workers and they look for instructions, which are hard to find. There should be a really easy to do tutorial.
  • Increased Sales
  • Better communication
  • Better time management
I think it is very intuitive, very easy to set up and it does have a lot of templates that can easily adapt to a businesses' needs. The one thing I believe they are missing is a tutorial for people 45+ years old, as they are used to other softwares and do not think it can help them to use a new software or are skeptical towards new softwares.
I have only used the customer support one time and, even though they were fast in response, they were not as fast with the answer and could not help me to resolve the issue I had. I had to find another way to fix my "need" even though it made sense for monday.com to have it in their software.
monday.com has helped to save a lot of time through different spreadsheets. I insist that, for our businesses, it has helped a lot to be more productive through getting one only source of information. We had spreadsheets for our clients, leads and other stuff and wasted a lot of time changing between those. Now, we use monday.com and in just a few clicks we can be where we need to.

I think is very good tool for business start ups or project management, as it can provide a unique source of truth and where everyone can communicate very easily in a business. Also, it can track stages of the project, status and responsible people for doing the follow up. All of this includes the notifications.

It can help for businesses to be more result focused instead of working per hours.
