Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use it to automate administrative, human management, and project management processes. Integrating it with Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira. In addition to implementing a CRM based on the monday.com philosophy for our sales team. It is very intuitive, easy to use, scalable, and interoperable by web, and mobile channels to migrate our internal spreadsheet processes to monday.com's functional persistence, its automated tasks, and the ability to integrate via API with third parties to expand the range of options work for our company and clients.

Because the application is easy to use once you have passed the learning curve, since by doing so you develop computer modules very quickly, which allows you to manage tasks quickly, with accurate and secure information. In addition to the automation modules, they are very easy to understand and the documentation available to learn about the use of the tool is extensive and deep.
They take a while to respond to identify an occurrence. In addition, the identification and diagnosis of the incident in production are not expeditious because the team that manages the case constantly changes according to the hours on call that the team has. So when changing the team, the whole process in the life cycle of the incident ticket in production starts from scratch.
It has helped me automate administration processes, human management and operations. Standardizing the insertion of information, data persistence and communication with users via email, slack to reduce manual tasks.

It is a platform aimed at managing tasks and projects, so all the established processes are useful to achieve an agile project management scheme, and process admin. Where I would least use it is in financial processes, due to the complexity of performing calculations in the cells of the columns within monday.com.
