Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

A Real-time solution to a simple email managed by individual users now becomes a live shared platform. Time, Project and Process Management for a portfolio of properties, A Linked database of the total portfolio to allow detail on each as a linked Board, A linked database of Staff to enable the allocation of staff to properties as a connected board, The main board then manages dates, timelines updates, gives latest status, Latest detailed update, Automation and Integrations are being used to document this process and add value to the process

Pros

Cons

  • Backing up automaticcally through automations
  • The formulae are more comlex and not as self explanatory
  • Huge time savings
  • Process improvement and controls
  • Roughly a Five to ten time ROI
Extremely good level of templates which are specific but actually were all relatively similar and in that sense meant that although there were a large number they were on the face of it different but in terms of the backing and complexity relatively similar.
I have had almost no issues but when I have reached out for support the monday.com team have responded very quickly. Not only a fast response but the level of detail or ability to resolve the questions in an effective way and provide a good amount of detail and understanding left me with a lot of confidence in the platform going forward.
The platform is quick and real-time, meaning all stakeholders have the most up-to-date information to deal with issues live. We have saved a great deal of time, and money, become more controlled, accurate and started to deliver a much higher level of output from both a pragmatic sense but also customer satisfaction has noticeably increased

Managing different & similar projects across wider teams, but giving a set format to enable standardisation. Giving clear visibility to all involved in a project and overview. Analytics of this data is useful but limited in and dependent on the data you use. The integrations are actually very good and simple to set up although again are limited as different variables have changeable levels of access.
