Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com for project management in the marketing department as well as the entire sales cycle through installation. It has allowed us to set templates and automate the process for installations. For marketing it helps keep our initiatives organized and reviews are super easy. Love the ease of use!

Pros

  • Organize projects by board
  • Streamlines workflow for the team
  • Reviews and approvals are super easy.
  • Much easier to look for notes and files on a project vs searching through emails or What's App to see a note

Cons

  • would love to see notes when I click on the button in line vs the opened window
  • For sales it has streamlined the workflow between many people. Installations, contracts, etc are all automated.
  • For marketing it has made review of projects by my team much easier.
  • Helps to not forget anything requested, I run to monday.com the second someone asks for something and post it to the appropriate board.
monday.com is set up to work how I think. Different boards with tasks and sub-tasks. It's great.
I really haven't needed to contact support on the platform. It is very straightforward.
It is a great tool, has helped me keep track of all projects and who owns them, where they are currently and what's next.

I would use monday.com for any type of project management, in fact I suggested we purchase it in my current role. It is so versatile it can be used for any project with moving parts. Also good for just checking items/projects to keep track of all tasks.
