Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to manage all of our Marketing department projects. We love the ability to assign roles, prioritize items and make dashboards. Our business problems include staying on top of big projects, and prioritizing which projects need to be completed first. Since starting monday.com, we have found that we have a clear roadmap on our current projects and who leads them.

monday.com is very intuitive and easy-to-use, in fact our team enjoys monday.com very much and so far it is our favorite project management platform that we have used to date. I love all the automated features, as well as the productivity tools. This keep our team up to date and productive.
So far, I have not had to use the 24/7 customer support from monday.com. However, I believe if the time ever came that we needed support we could not be disappointed. From all the check-in emails I receive from customer service representatives, I know we would be taken care of.
Using monday.com as our work management software has been a great experience so far. monday.com is a great tool for project management, automation, and integration. It has positively impacted our team work-flow and communication in just the few short months that we have been using this management software.

monday.com is well suited for project management and less suited for documentation and process management. I think the note-taking and process documentation could be improved. For example, you can't embed items into the conversation for items. This would be neat if added. Also, I would love to see an Ai feature added to taking notes as well.
