Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We provide use as IT. We can easily manage all our IT processes from here. Also, time, clock etc. We track all our efforts. Efficiency is increased by following the processes with my IT teammates. It is also a nice formation to control our documents on the same panel in all IT processes.

It is a very nice product to have ready-made interfaces in it. In addition, having ready-made questions and templates helps us users to get started without wasting time. Thanks to many ready-made plug-ins, it quickly reveals its data in cloud environments. I think you really deserve more when you vote.
So far, we haven't had many problems with the panel. We opened a direct support ticket for a few problems we had. Not long after, they immediately followed up on the matter. Afterwards, they started to give support quickly in an explanatory way. they offer a quick and understandable solution as they mentioned.
The web interface is clear and easy to use. In addition, thanks to Google integration, secure login can be provided. Users' internal panel settings can be set and their tasks can be stored. We have not experienced any interruptions or slowdowns so far. It works pretty fast. The product works well.

I would definitely recommend. I have used different products for many years. Lastly, we decided to use monday.com as IT. As we started to use it, we got more pleasure and efficiency. We created more stable works by following the processes within the team. Then we prepared our reports as a team. really did a good job.
