Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We purchased monday.com to assist us in creating a ticket process for our IT area. We have expanded it to assist us in other areas that we needed students or employees to submit items quickly.

  • Overall it has been so positive, help organize my team and keep us on track.
I am not as tech savy as some but I was able to quickly figure out what and how to create items needed with templates.
From when we started looking into monday.com to after we bought it, we have had nothing but quick response when we need it.
Overall monday.com was a very smart choice for our area for our ticket system and time management system for the full team.
