Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Before discovering monday.com managing the service schedule and estimating schedule at our company required partners at the company to dedicate 10+ hours a week to keep things running smoothly. Since implementing monday.com anyone in the office can manage and keep a schedule shared with the entire team. Things are running better than ever and there is more time for other tasks.

- The ability to link monday.com to my email to share a view only schedule
- Would like to see a "Next available day" on schedules
- Ability to add PDF documents instead of URL links
- More free time for partners
- more efficient time management for estimating
- less interaction with technicians
monday.com has never experienced a "Down Time" since ive used the service. The features offered allow us to solve multiple needs in one app. Our company has benefited greatly from the addition of monday.com and especially appreciate the user integration aspect of the application. There is not much of a learning curve.
