Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use it to organize tasks within the company, from quoting phase all through design, manufacturing, and then to delivery. We also use it to keep track of drawings and the latest revisions for each project.
Pros
- Organizing tasks and displaying them effectively.
- Organizing drawings with revisions.
- Easy to use and adapt to individual purposes.
- Easy to share within an organization and externally.
Cons
- The automation sometimes takes longer to display, which means a change is often made, and then the automation kicks in too late and undoes a change.
- Whenever a new board is made, it has to be manually added to dashboards making it impractical to use the boards as live projects. It would be great if you could create a new board and select which dashboard to add it to immediately.
- Reduced the time spent in daily planning meetings by 30 minutes a day.
- Reduced the risk of having old revisions of drawing in the workshop, by almost completely eliminating them.
The features work 99 percent of the time. Occasionally there is a bit of a glitch but restarting the app normally takes about 20 seconds and always resolves the issue. It can be relied on for tight deadlines and projects.
